How to remove uploaded Gamefront file?
 

A number of years ago I had a file published on one of the old game sites (e.g. Kotorfiles) that used Gamefront (originally Filefront) as the file host. The site is gone, but the file is still hosted on Gamefront. Is there a particular way to get it removed?

I went to Contact Us on gamefront, but it was broken. I found a link to Break Media's helpdesk and posted a ticket asking for the file to be removed. Today I find that the ticket has been 'deemed solved', but the file is still there so clearly no action has been taken.

Unfortunately we're not able to help with this on these forums, I would suggest you re-open the ticket with Break Media's helpdesk.

I'm sorry we can't help any further with this.
