I am freely interpreting your post as suggesting that horses would be cool, although I'm not sure how the words "king tiger" fit in to the idea, unless that is a horses name.

Horses and mules would indeed be very cool, for pulling artillery and such. The Poles and Russians used some cavalry, which mostly fought as mounted infantry, meaning they got off the horses before doing any fighting.

Unfortunately they are probably not possible in the current game engine.

Back on topic, I'm wouldn't consider the update late until much later than now. All of the other updates were towards the end of the day.
