Re: deployed .30cal Call me noob, but i can't figure out where and when to get that 30 Cal. I only saw it once on Bocage and it was deployed already. So my question is howe do you deploy un deploy it? How do you move it and where can i find it? |
Re: deployed .30cal Now if only I would have the knowledge of all the equivalants. All I know are 7.62=.30 and 12.7=.50. I need to find a complete list of conversions :uhm: |
Re: deployed .30cal No worries I have already modeled a .30 cal for FH =) I also just finished modeling a new G43 to replace the one that is ingame now. |

\Conversion/ 0.1cal=2.54mm 1mm=0.04cal |
Re: deployed .30cal you need at least 3 men to move a .50 cal. 1 for the gun, 1 for the tripod and 1 for the ammo. The M1919 .30 cal was more common at US GIs, because with it´s 18 kilos (no ammo) it was easier to move. Further it had no buttstock, but some kind of shoulder rings, which made it suitable for paratroopers. |

I always thought calibers were the grooves inside the barrel of the gun...but I just looked on dictionary.com and I guess caliber just means the barrel diameter... what are those grooves inside the gun called again? Anyone know? but when you talk about .50 cal aren't you saying 0.5 inch bullet right??? (heh...just making sure I know what I'm talking about...) oohhh, and Kampfer...are you going to post any new screenshots of your creations? |
