Well, actually, weren't it Canadians who were fighting in Bocage? Don't rape me if I'm wrong, I just think I read something like that somewhere a while ago... :P

And Poles would be quite interesting.. not so much popularity for them either, just that "Germans came and kicked their asses with Russians". Something special, a little detail from somewhere, would be a nice idea for a Polish map.. Like weren't there some Polish paratroopers involved in Operation Market Garden? A map telling their tale? Of course a map of Polish cavalry charging against German panzers wouldn't be quite everyday sight either but.. I'd like to see something else, wouldn't mind if a game could teach me something new. ;)

The Poles were involved in many of the major operations in Europe in ww2. Many of the allied pilots in the battle of britain were Polish (there was a problem with downed polish pilots being mistaken as germans by the home guard), the polish troops were the ones who eventually took Monte Cassino. And yeah, the polish were part of the Market Garden operation - they were meant to drop into Arnhem I think, can't recall the whole story. Will dig out some URLs of other operations they took part in - those 3 are the ones that spring to mind ...
