15-minute-clan = A clan that survives for about 15 minutes and then dies because of any or all of these reasons: Not enough members , No website , Full of retards , Clan founder turns out to be idiot. Also similar to the term "20 minuters" from World war I which was the average life expectancy of a new pilot.
