ok youll see there will be 1 better than half Life 2 Hidden and Dangerous 2

The maps in HL2 are 1 square miles max, which makes them 64 times bigger than the original half-life maps. And I'll buy a new PC too when HL2 is released.

the last great war

I forgot, 'the last great war' is a WW2 mod for half-life 2 in the make. They have some very nice models there, here is a picture of their MG42, which I love most:

From browsing their forums, im kind of disapointed. People were suggesting things all of us would like to have with an SDK, but the team was just shooting down every good idea and pretty much making it a DoD clone.

yes, that was a pretty dumb comment :)

but valve has announced the DoD team is already working with the source engine and has full acces to the SDK :)

I think too much people is going to the Bf42 funeral so early because HL2, it's better to wait and see how is really that game. If it hasn't the aerial, naval and ground vehicular combat possibilities of Bf42 for sure a lot of us will remain sticky to Bf.
