There's a lot of more changes between the early and late Tiger. Just to mention a few:
1. New engine (Maybach HL230 P45)
2. New sight optics for the main gun
3. Headlight replaced
4. Removed Feifel aircleaners
5. Track holders at the side of the turret

And the list goes on and on...

I've seen lots of pictures with the AA mount, but right now, I can't find it in the Tigers modification list. =/ But if I remember right, it was added quite late in the production.

But.. Tiger 131 was captured in North-Africa and is now in Bovington.
Or did they used numbers again with the late Tigers?
