I'd guess the update might be posted a little late. Remember guys, this is the dev team's last chance to fix any bugs and test things before the release, once the files go online, all they can do is bite their fingernails and wait.

The Torrent was out at least 2 hours ago. No big surprise that the same torrent tracker as the last release is being used.
