Nice job remaking the 251... and nice to see the crosses are no longer unnaturally white. The Storch does indeed look sexy, I shall have to practice doing pickups in the desert so I can feel like Skorzeny come Normandy!

Just, y'know, without all the anti-Semitism.

Sure I look like the only idiot on the battlefield sprinting up to the front lines behind a Matilda (the only tank slow enough to keep up with) but I really wish that I could see more ppl doing it with me, 'cause it sure as hell works wonders.
I'm right there with ya - I do that too (and often get squished when the driver takes fire, panics and throws the tank into reverse). It's always good to see people using the APC 'properly' too - drive up, disembark the squad and then use the MG to provide cover fire from a distance.

The APCs could definitely use *something* to make them more useful than they are. The Hanomags especially don't get used much at the moment as they're basically mobile coffins - you're better off just taking a truck because at least it's faster/more agile and you get a better field of view when driving.

I kind of like the spawn point idea, but it would be abused (get one carrier behind the lines on Mareth, for example, and the entire Brit team could immediately spawn behind the Axis front). It would be good if you could fight from inside the APC - I do that with the Chevy (if you're in the rear seats you stay inside the flatbed when you press the button to disembark, and you can shoot/spot targets from there).

My suggestion is to make them supply ammo and health like the supply crates (and maybe even repair vehicles, like a REME mobile workshop). After all, it's no less realistic than having a magic fix-up box drop out of the sky.

I think they will see some more action in Normandy anyway, even without any bonuses. In North Africe they get owned from huge distances thanks to AT rifles, which won't be there come D-Day.

Instead of AT rifles we'll see zookas - 1 hit wonders. Wohoo .
I would prefer that hanomags would be more resistant and die after 3-5 shots not 1-2.

Btw, nice update . i wonder how the walking stuka will work, hmmm.

With a lot less ammunition, limited range (under 150m effective, as opposed to practically unlimited - really now?), requiring a considerably more skill to hit a moving target at a distance (slower and with drop!), and immediately compromising your position. Woohoo .

will the bazooka require a 2nd man to load it in order for the operator to fire it ? Nah...that'd be too realistic and difficult playwise wouldn't it ?

Are the heretofore almost invulnerable tankers crying?
