OMG. This is such good news! Thanks for the dead camel static screenshot link. But why haven't we seen a render?

Are they one hump or two? And are they mountable? You know, for clan photos and such.

LOL @ vehicles. Perhaps stuffed with wheels on?

Oh yes and Normandy looks jolly good too.

'Tis a shame that destructible statics can't be done feasibly. A hedgerows push map is screaming for this.

Germans defending several rows of fields protected by hedgerows. U.S. has to blast a hole in the hedgerows with tank fire, bulldozer attachment or even explosives, suppress fire and capture a control point on the other side of the hedgerow. And repeat.

Keep the boundaries tight so flanking isn't prudent and make the hedgerows steep enough that tanks and infantry can't go over the top.

One can only dream.

Standing camel statics can also be found on FH0.7 Desert Rose, in the south east near the pool.

This is the exact way I've thought the bocage would have to be in FH2, both the minimap screenshot and the hedgerow system.

Question : did haybails already exist in 1944?
I guess so:

With the invention of agricultural machinery such as the tractor and the baler, most hay production became mechanized by the 1930s.

Late 19th century hay boat with square bales
Hay - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So judgiing from the above squae haybales were around at the late 19th century. Mechanisation in the 30's should have made it even easier to produce square bales. Though perhaps some countries mechanised faster or at a more extensive rate. But if they had haybales in the late 19th century already then I don't see why they couldn't be around in the 40's of the 20th century. Though geography may also play a role and other things (some places you see a lot of cylinder hay "bales" for example and so on.

Any farmers around from Normandie?

I can see it now, a group of n00bs standing around one of these camels and endlessly shooting it to see if it will ``die´´
