Great looking map. Seeing the buildings, vegetation, and even just the different colors of Normandy gets me really excited to play something that is a change of pace from North Africa.

Nice looking map! Glad to see work progressing on Normandy. That's the theater that should bring plenty of players in and get more of these FH2 servers filled.

Looks fantastic, I'm sure they are panthers though, not tigers or pumas?
In regards to the ability to hide in grass, is this going to be a true hide that relies on the shortened view distance to not let the grass disappear when you are a hundred yards away?
If it is then I'm all for it, there is not much worse than not being able to see anything because of the grass blocking your vision only for it to not appear to anyone a hundred yards away who can see you clear as day.

whoohoo! Talk about night and day compared to Africa. The light is lower, the land is closer and bathed in green instead of yellows and browns, the temperature of the map looks colder, and the fortifications are not the extensive trenches and bunkers of the African campaign. Lovin' it.

Oooh and dead cows and solid hedgerows?

Will it be possible in the future to make some tanks like the uber heavy German tanks and the sherman brushcutters able to zip through the hedges at a slow speed?

Or maybe Pegasus although that has the Brits...the map does look a little bit like Pegasus.
