Ok for any of the ocean maps that will come, is it possible with the bf2 engine to code real waves? not those small 5 footers I mean like 15 to 20 feet waves. Or will it take to much memory and slow you down?

you can see small waves near your boat while driving, maybe you can create a stand alone effect which you add to the map.... maybe you can edit the wave via material editor in order to increase the wave....

I'm pretty sure it's impossible. It would blow your computer anyway if it was possible.
