1) 1st-person view is incredibly crisp and just wonderful;
2) Bravo the 20-round Tommy mag - the 30 was later in the war as you note;
3) Thank you for keeping same helmets even with switch to enemy weapon.

I think just only when prone, no deploying.

Too bad we cant accurately use these in windows.

And I like the 1st/3rd person concept. It makes the gun in front of you look nice, and saves performance when looking at the weapon in someone else's hands (which one normally doesn't look at).

As a long time player who dosen't post a whole lot, I would like to note that this definitely the kind of update I like to see. It doesn't have to be overly complicated or have a lot of flash, the pictures speak for themselves.

I too am egarly awaiting the release, having just upgraded my entire comp in expectation of it. FH2 should run like butter on a hot day on it now with a AMD X2 6000+ processor and a 8800 GTS 640MB video card, among other things.

As for the negativity noted in the first post, FH has always had a hard time with critics and whiners and that's unlikely to change. There is always someone wanting more or critizing for the sake of critizing. The devs need to do as they have always done, which is just to forge ahead. The true fans appreciate what is being done and appreciate being kept in the loop even more. A few tidbits here and there do go a long way toward keeping the mob happy. Regardless of when it's done, we'll be ready. Till then...

Thank goodness that helmet switchage is gone, I swear about 80% of tks back in FH1 were caused by that :/ I'd really like to meet the genius who came up with the idea that helmets should be linked with kits, and bash his head with one.

The detail on the FP MG34 is astonishing!!!!! Is it even possible to fire it from the hip position ?
