![]() But my sympathies goes for Von Mudra, cause it gets annoying if it stays longer. Still, it will go away in time for sure. |

| I was being vaguely sarcastic cuz it was just aimlessly happening when I made the post, so I mentioned it for no reason. However, thanks:P It went away after like an hour, and is really weird. As for cramps, I get cramps in my calf every once in awhile when I'm asleep. I awake up to blinding, gutwrenching pain, and it feels as if my entire calf muscle has been ripped off.

| Wow, Mudra, I know exactly what cramp you're talking about, i get those sometimes, well used to, gone now for some reason. Gutwrenching pain is an understatement.

| Yeah man, its bad. Like, your entire calf muscle sucks up to your knee, and the pain is indescribable, lasts for a good minute or two, then just disappears....

| We call those cramps in the legs Charlie Horses around here. They can be linked to low potasium levels. I've known some people who got them almost daily but started eating a banana a day and they went away. |

| Ah yes, the charlie horse, that's the name of it. Man it sucks.... Interesting that its caused by low potassium levels<__<. Wonder how that causes a muscle spasm?

| At work we have license to Eurotranslator.net, but there is a free one (I think it is) at efe.scape.net, but it is not as good. |

| Potassium level can contribute, but in my experience it's primarily a lot of running, much walking (like marching with a re-enactor group, eh?).
