well i dont expect this mod to shine like cod3,ya its still based on the bf2 engine but they do ther best to make it look great i think.

Yeah, I am extremely happy with those low quality screens shown off in the initial update with the Brits defending the trenches in Tobruk! The player models and animations look so life like. And, of course the screenshots that have been shown in regular media updates of maps and such don't even look like the BF2 engine!

Well obviously most disagree. Fanatics find it hard to actually criticise anything. Just because they make it for free doesn't mean it's exempt from (clean) critcism. That screenshot looked bad mainly because of the skeletal player model and the way he is holding through his weapon. You can say something like "lol i'd like to c you do better!" but then that's not really proving anything is it? The model still looks bad.

However if you want to grow up to be government/corporate yesmen, feel free.

@the bitching critic....sure, it looks poor to you. To me, looks great, and don't worry, i'm not going to say "lol im liek to see you do bettar, lol!" To be honest, i don't think the way a weapon is held is going to affect the game in anyway.

Many games that are lacking graphically make up for it in gameplay. To me, the screen shots and in-game footage we've seen is nothing short of brilliant, but I'm probably one of those lackey yesmen that you seem to hate so bad. Or a fanboy. Whatever, the game looks fun. You don't have to play it.

No doubt the game will be fun. I'm just disappointed that graphical worksmanship seems to have receded since FH1, which was beautiful, and in actual fact immersed you so much more into the game because of it.

@ flippy, i thought that disabled soldiers thread was actually a good parody of modern culture, but i guess the mods thought otherwise.
