Is the Sound and Texture pack a full install?

If we have a previous version of the Sound and Texture pack for FHSW do we simply delete the 'STFHSW' folder?

as the fhsw team is not the creator of this i dont have all information about it ... its a full install for sure ... and i would guess that you should delete the old install first
