I wonder how the new network coding of the BF2 engines will enable more accurate representations of the dev's coding?

There are some times now that I think the tank I'm shooting at has a force field my shots are so ineffective.

And I can sympathize with Uber- to see a Tiger/Panther go down in a couple of shots can be frustrating.

I will not claim to know all the sweet spots as some of you obviously know - a big factor I'm sure...

I found this:
Simmers Paintshop - Steel Fury: Kharkov 1942

Unfortunately, it's only in its' alpha stage and I have CTD a few times.

Could I become a thread hijacker and turn this into a "tank sweet spot" thread? I would say it's like the best way to take out an IS2. Hit it with a Geballte Ladung twice in the cupola and the thing is blown to smithereens.

"Victory after all, I suppose! Well, it seems a very gloomy business."

It's only a matter of time before Fuzzy gets a hold of this thread and turns it into a "your mom's" sweet spot thread.

HALELUJA!

About the tanks:
I've always thought the tanks (and all vehicles) for that matter could actually be a bit more realistic simply by having the dual speed possibility suggested in the GEARS thread. All it requires is giving the dash option players have to vehicles also so they stay in group @ same speed or speed up to their individual top speeds...
Simple addtion, major effect...
