well i have been lookin through abd i cant see anything on it, i know it will start concentrated on the african front, but the best part of the original fh was the european front (in my opinion) will there be other fronts or a european front in the FH2 mod eventually? if this has already been addresses can you please give me a linkto the proper thread? thanks everyone!

well there beter be a european front along with a pacific, if not FH2 is lost, africa is alright but these are the best in my opinion.

Nope. FH2 is solely oriented on the African theater. After that we will do the Russian theater, then the Pacific, then the Norwegian, then FH2 will die. Included in the Russian front release will be a map called "Preparing for D Day" where you must drive all the tanks onto the landing craft within a certain amount of time, or you lose. All the infantry must board the ships before the time runs out. You see, the Devs goal is to get as close as possible to the Western front, but never quite get to it.

They may even make a sequel map to PFDD, called LOTB. For Landing on the Beach. All you do is drive the landing craft to the beach before 8:00 on June 6, if you don't you get a cutscene of you being beaten by your commanding officier for your failure. So you see, you will never set foot in Germany or France (at least as an Englishman or American).

Don't forget the Home Front map, where the Allied team sits on the New Jersey coast, armed with pistols, binoculars, and Dick Tracy decoder rings, scanning for nazi submarines (the Axis never show up, they're busy playing another map), the Abwehr map, where the Axis parachute one-by-one onto British territory and the Allies capture and shoot them, and the Port Chicago map--where the Allies load cargo onto ships !!!!! and then they blow up!!!!!

Who cares about the western front? It's overdone. I want Italy and Balkan, it would be the best solution after Northern Africa.

There will also be a map included called "baton death marches" where you walk until the 50 minute time limit is up and hope you don't get shot.... it's really not that fun.

i think its prety safe to say there will be all theatres in the full realease in about 2-3 years most likely. i hope it does not take that long but it might. read the sugestions, most are for western/eastern fronts not africa, so imguessing,No im not, that there will be.

I have on the feeling that they will go for European theater after North-African.

Due to the fact that they will have Brits and Germans allready in-game. Making it easier none the less to make the new front.

I intended France as "western front" and I wanted to say that France is overdone in most ww2 games. Italy is the southern front (from the german point of view); and yes I've heard about geography.
