Good update even it was kind of sad. But anyways, nice new manual, lots of useful information for the newcomers and perhaps us oldies. Also, nice looking Valentine.

Even tho we do not have a memorial day in Finland, I still salute and respect those who had to go through that. <S>

Yes the new FH School was mainly written by the testers, and was only edited by Panzer Commander Barney. Many thanks to all who contributed!

Btw the map showing the anti base code system is broken, the thumbnail works but not the full sized picture (broken link or missing image).

It seems so refreshing with a tasty FH update after this long wait. The Valentine is more beautiful than words can describe, the FH school gave me a lot of informatioan as an AT-unit and the excellent wallpaper looked so real that I thought it was an ingame FH2 screenshot for a second or two. This is one big update. :D

Good that I read this before I started playing on the internet. Now I'm not going to shout "How the hell did that happen?!" when I can't destroy a tank. I think I should be aiming at the tracks.

I never heard of Remembrance day before. But it sure seems to be a sad day. WWI was a horrid war, just like WWII and the Thirty Year Wars. But, which war isn't. May those poor souls rest in peace.

And I say, Hello n' welcome to jodonnell! I wonder what I'll see from you in the feature. Hope I'll see your name in an update, maybe the next one? ;)

Wow, great update guys. Sad to see the closing days of updates for .7 and it's a nice touch the homage to rememberance day.

The valentine is looking really sexy, it's definately worthy of fighting against Rad's panzer 3's, though how it'll fare I don't know. :)

Finally, that's an awesome wall paper ECS Design, it's got alot of atmosphere, and it's great to hear the other team members find it inspiring.

Congrats to jodonnell on becoming a member of the team, the next update has already peaked my interest.

Question: will the website be divided in a bf1942/bf2 version or will you just replace 0,7 vehicles with fh2 ones as you go along?

We are working out the details, but I expect that both mods will co-exist on the website, but in an easily distinguishable arrangement.

I wasn't expecting another news release for a while yet! It's a fitting way to close FH for Bf1942 with Remembrance Day. Great new FH2 wallpaper and Valentine too and welcome to the team jodonnel! FH School looks great as well - what maps are the sandbagged Sherman in?

I too will miss the BF42 updates, but at least I still have FH@ updates to look forward to. I said once that i wouldnt play BF2 untill a major mod came out. I still havent, and its been over about a month now. Thats how good FH .7 is. even a new game like BF2 cant compete.

It's good to see such an awsome update on such short notice. The new wallpaper and the remade Valentine MKII make me drool. Superb work Ecsdesign and Montoya. The wallpaper reminds me of the desert streetfighting in COD2. Can't wait to see what the FH2 mappers will do with that fine piece of art.

I also like to say welcome to Jodonnel and pay my respect to all those brave men fought and died in battle, in the past and present, and LegiOn for making such a fine sp minimod.

i wonder if there will be coop support. i know about the problem EA hasn't released the NAVmesh/ AI tools yet (will they ever release it...?)
- but i thought maybe you guys, with the experience you have, can fix it somehow...

there is a great SP/COOP comunity and it would be a shame if BF2 will be just multiplayer-focused for the rest of it's days....

i played FH on small lans for about 2 years and it always was fun, but i'm really pissed off BF2 because of its lack of coop support!

anyhow - welcome to jodonell and thanx a lot to legion for the intensity files - maybe they can keep our home-lan-comunity alive ...
