I isn´t all that important which Mod is released first although its no totaly insignificant either.

As long as FH2 isn´t to far behind most people won´t have dedicated themselves to a sinlge Mod yet.

After all, it takes a while untill a Mod has enough content to really hold long term players...

I'd like some in-game shots please.

It really feels like BG2 is stealing the spotlight on this one.

I doubt that all WW2 mods will offer the same theaters of operations at first. Many people will download them all since they will all show different part of the war.

Most people don't care about different theaters and different "parts of the war", and will play something that's most interesting (i.e. not snail-moving Matildas and pea-shooting Stuarts).

I am promoting FH in my clan in almost every sentence i say/write, however, i will not even suggest to them to download FH2 version1, cause i know most will get turned off by the boring Afrikan campaign. And if they get turned off once, it will be very difficult to convince them to try the mod again after the new theaters come out.

Africa boring? Sure enough the western (and eastern) front are more intresting but Africa comes in 3th place for me . Besides i like it that they took something more orginal then "D day landings 1944" as their first subject.

And no i don't fear BG will get ahead of FH or other ww2 mods, people will try out different mods and mot just stick with the first mod they come across. Especially not since FH, BG and XWW2 are all pretty well known so none of them should have much troulble on promoting itself.
