Why FH didn't port to BF:V ? Well, cause their 42 version works fine and there was a BF2 planned... with a really new engine and lots of new features.
So why waste time and work into BF:V when they could concentrate on something really new while keep developping the good old one (to an impressive 0.7 version woah what will 1.0 be someday ? :) )

Why it should convert way back then to same engine, it's Refractor 2 also as BF42..

Yeah that! search a huge thread where we discussed if FH2 would wait until BF2 were released or had to be migrated to BF:V engine. I think it was created by 'Beast of War', but I'm not sure.
