mod tools ???

Has just returned from Munster Panzermuseum (My God, the KingTiger is HUGE !),.. and i got home, checked the Planetbattlefield news and read something about mod-tools being released in Beta already to the major mods, and that the final release is just days away. My question is, has the Forgotten Hope mod team received the mod-tool yet ? :)
