The real feel mod didn't tell us on there site it was a mod for FH, it simply said a realism mod.

When FH forumers including myself questioned this the real feel crew started causing trouble and starting flame wars. What made it even worse was the fact that the real feel mod kept pointing out xww2 was more realistic and a far better mod than FH. They repeatedley told FH that they were only using FH until xww2 brought out there new version. They at no point in time ever gave credit to FH and this pissed people off.
Your a tard capone and we all love you!
The point of real-feel was to convert fh to something even more realistic, we never planed to take creeds for what fh dev had done, hell if we wanted to do that we could have just stolen all the materials in fh and released it with our mod and claim that we did it.

lets say a guy thats new to bf1942 downloaded real-feel..

*downloads*
"hmm this docent work.. i cant join any servers..
*reads readme*
ah i need fh too"
*downloads and joins a real-feel server*
"ah it works, nice!"
"real-feel has really nice models and skins, and because im a dumass i will think that real-feels 2mb mod included all that and fh didnt do crap! I guess fh is like ea, forcing people to download stuff they dont need! I hope fh will burn!!!!"

"What made it even worse was the fact that the real feel mod kept pointing out xww2 was more realistic and a far better mod than FH." <- because it was a far more realistic mod then fh!

And imo, making a mod for fh is credit enough.. only sucker write" ooh i love fh!!!1111" "thnx for this erotic sexy ww2 mod its the best11!!" "im in love with fh" "fh is the shit!!2" every where on there site

Mackan, your crude mastery of the english language always brings a smile to my face

As for Real feel, well at first everyone thought the mod was stealing content, when we realised it wasn't we were all happy.

the end

What i came to think about is, what Maps of the original (or in new form) do you think is "Most Important" to have.
If i look at the original Mod, i absolutely adore Omaha beach and Antwerp.
What maps would be good "Promotion" and good to have insantly, any ideas ? We all have diffirent favourite maps though, but the feel to charge up on Omaha Beach, or sit in bunker firing is cool

What I'd like to know is what the dev's are planning to do with commander mode and with the medics. Will the commander be exactly the same, completely dissabled, or have fewer capabilities - no UAV or arty capabilites for instance. Having played the BF2 demo, I have mixed feelings on the artillery, and I think it would be a shame to lose all of the arty currently present in FH. I like the UAV in BF2 and wouldn't mind it being present in FH2. In regards to the medic - The defibrillator adds a very interesting dynamic to gameplay, but obviously has no place in a realism mod, which is kind of a shame. being able to run around and toss medpacks is also pretty cool and I'd hate to lose this. Will the medics be done away with again, like in the majority of maps in FH?
