It does look very sweet, might be a very dangerous competitor, even more so since they clam to aim an realsim to the level were it doesn't hurt gameplay, just like FH: good gameplay trough realism. Both mods are aiming at the exact same type of players.
Hope we are not going to see MC/BG42/XWW2 style fights again, that would be a shame.
It would indeed. Lets hope both communities can act mature and maybe the Devs can work out a bit of a cooperation between the mods - doesn't have to be a full merger, though both mods compete for the same "market share"
I have full confedence that bf2 will provide an exelent engine for us to mod off us. it has about 300x more modding capabilities then bf1942. You cant judge a mod off of the base game. Look at half-life deathmatch and counterstrike.
HL2 is still waiting on the better mods to port over.. like Natural Selection.
BF2 will be great for FH. The Python Scripts alone will completely alter how it works.

I have had a play with the War Front mod they released a ver1.0 for BF42 it was ok but FH is far better I think they should take their time and release something that will blow us away.

Warfront only got out like 1 version on BF1942 before they decide they were going to port and concentrate on the new engine, so they only released a 1.0 that was 430Mb how could that ever compete with FH when it was already at .67.
Takiwa's crew has been throwing out some quality stuff over on their team, I'm looking forward to their release as well, Frontlines seems to have been a bit idle lately..
