The hotfix just fixed some multiplayer bugs, and removed the FG-42 from Meuse

VERSION 0.67A (PUBLIC VERSION DATE 11.03.2005 /FINAL!)
fixed Battle OF FOY (table removed, score bug.......)
fixed seelow
fixed prokhorovka
fixed coral sea statics

added cap order to push maps (minimap) (foy,blackknight,alpenfestung)
added a few more nighttextures for blackknight
readded old menue and loading music

balanced KHARKOV OUTSKIRTS
balanced blackknight
balanced meuse river line
balanced supercharge
balanced eastern blitz
