Charlie Sector - How often do you see Allies Win?

Hi All,

I would like to know how often you see Allies win on Omaha Beach "Charlie Sector".

If you are seeing the Allies win a fair number of times on the server you normally play on then please tell me what server it is and how many the server hosts, because I would like to play on that server and see how it's done. I play on the Wolf server which hosts 54 people and the Allies hardly ever win. If you have some good Allied Strategies then please share them with me!

Thanks!

Ive seen allies win 2 and i must of played it 50 times, the times we won it we firstly had a decent sniper and all the landing craft MGs were manned laying down good suppressive fire on the bunkers, as for the rest of us the strategy was CHARGE! CHARGE!! CHARGE!!!, basicly the longer you stay on the beach the longer you are in there open fields of fire so GET OFF THE BEACH !!!!, yes some of you will still bite the bullet but if you charge on mass then some will make it. When you get to the bunkers dont charge right up to the top without stopping, but hold a position say at the mid level until enough reinforcements arrive to make good your attack on the gun platform, and while charging up to the gun platform do not I REPEAT DO NOT STOP ON THE STAIRS!!! you must go on into the gun platform and then hold this position, until you cap the flag, then you can wait for alot more reinforcements and exit the bunker and again DO NOT STOP ON THE LITTLE STAIR CASE OR THE SLIT TRENCH OUTSIDE!!!

the more players are on the server the less is the chance for allies to win...

Depends on the server.. On German servers Germans often join the German team making the map unbalanced. Also depends on the skills of the sniper, 95% of public players suck at sniping completely ruining the chances for the allied team. Hint for sniping: don't try to compensate to the scope sway, wait for the movement to stop on the bottom of the move, aim, fire, wait for the sway move to complete again, fire. Or alternatively just paint a dot on your screen with a marker...

Did not vote because this is all about server population. If it's at 40+, the Germans can defend with ease unless they are idiots. If server population is less than 40 the map begins to balance. It gets easier and easier for Allied as you lower the server population.

I have seen Allies win with a 50+ player count about 20 % of the time but that is if there are a lot of allies on team speak combined with a good sniper knocking out MG fire.

hmmm, I play quite a bit on wolf and see the Allies win fairly often. On a fairly consistent basis I see the Germans hold well for about the first 3/4 of the match and then the Allies typically break through and it's all down hill from there.

I can't count the number of times I've played German and everybody is getting all cocky b/c it's just a slaughter for the Allies and then all of sudden we're getting rolled up like a bad carpet.

Thanks guys and special thanks to UTHER. Hi there Luger. I'm getting the idea that because I play on a 54 player server is good part of the reason Allies have such trouble winning on this map.

I need to get a hold of that sniper rifle. I can snipe. I will ask my M8's on Teamspeak just exactly where it is.

Thanks and Cheers to all,

Actually i've seen that that the allies get raped even after they capture the bunkers. Those nebelwerfers get a spot and the guy just spams the bunker doors and keeps people from getting out.
