On large servers Axis nearly always win. On small servers Allies nearly always win. The left flag is better for allies. They don't have to worry about the defgun in direct fire mode. Plus there is more than one way out of the bunker. The right hand bunker is suicide. What the defgun misses, I'll get with an MG34 :)

Re: Charlie Sector - How often do you see Allies Win?

I see allies win a fair amount of the time -- I play allies 99% of the time and I don't care if we win as long as it's a good fight (which it usually is). It does get tougher with larger servers. Keys to getting off the beach: a good sniper and good machine gunners.

As a good assault boat machine gunner, I'd like to take this moment to educate my fellow GI's. In order for me to zap the bastards manning the bunker machine guns I need a stable firing platform, so:

1. When driving the boat, you are not Evel Knieval -- don't ram it into the beach at full speed to see how far inland you can get it. For some reason, the boat becomes unstable (also starts losing health). If you can, stop it right at the waters edge.
2. When you spawn on a beached boat -- don't have your finger on the W key, because if you're the lucky guy who spawns into the driver position, you're now ramming the boat into the beach, possibly slewing the boat aroun and screwing up my aim -- hit the E key 1st to exit, then start running.
3. If I'm laying down suppresive fire -- don't get in the driver seat and decide to see if you can relocate the boat (yes, this does happen).

That's me the 1% of the time I'm German - "Oops, sorry about that. Thought you were Allied. Better Sieg Heil more vigourously next time." ;)

The nebel werfer position on the west side is also vulnerable to sniper fire from the beach (clear shot straight up the draw)

I play on Dead Meat 42 player server and I havent seen the axis win once even with camping on the beach one little punk makes it to the back and greys the flag and axis goes back to cap it and then allied get the bunkers then the middle and the map is pretty much done by then.

I am not overexaggerating when I say that virtually every game of Charlie sector I've played the Allies win (except for a few low ticket games... but hey if you're going to have a 250 ticket point match you're going to have a short game). They need time but eventually the Allies will break through

Depends on server time-limit. If the limit is around 30-50 minutes and the allies have a good sniper (Good means someone who [u]doesn't stay back at sniper spawn location or next to beach ammo crate[u]. Those who do are too far from the bunkers to be effective!), then Axis almost never win, cause even after 30-50 minutes, they haven't killed enough people to offset the ticket count (cause they got no MGs with the sniper killing them).

I play on Dead Meat, 42 players. I've seen allies win more often then axis, especially after 0.66 was released

We still have it once in while check Warhaus.
BTW Charlie Sector would be better if it was a push map.

Hey Wolf Admin. Can you raise your servers tickets. And make the ticket bleed less. It gets on my fricken nerves.
