Is there a scoped FG-42, and if so where

You guys are way to up-tight. I'm just making ya sweat I'll tell ya. Its in Omaha Beach Charlie Sector near the rear axis respond point. When you are facing twords the beach theres a house on the right, it may be F2. I know theres a barn farther down on that side. Like I said sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not, but if its there it's usualy sitting on top the table in the house, just to your left as you come in the door. Its great for sniping on the beach. First time I found it the allied had take the secound respond point but coulding get any farther. I was picking them off theft and right while hiding in a bush. They couldn't find me but I could find them.

There is a ScopedStG44 there, not FG42.... those are completely different things

I once found a scoped 'something or other' by one of the right hand flags on Forgotten Hope's Berlin map.

The thing is that I don't know the names of many guns. I thought I'd mention it anyway as it struck me as a weapon with a very 'modern' feel. Whatever it was it was some sort of automatic assault rifle.

I found the gun while in a single player game, maybe load it up yourself and see if it's what you're after. Obviously the flags would need to be under axis control.

Ok, here's one maybe somebody can answer: how many maps does the regular FG42 appear on (I found one by accident)

I have never seen it, ever. I think the Devs thought about putting it in 0.61 but the FG42 is so deadly, there really isnt much point in putting a scope on. The gun has no recoil, has two firing modes, uses a decent sized round and has a medium sized clip.

Even though I dont think it's needed, I'd still love to see it in. Call of Duty's scoped FG42 is awesome. Hell, so is Day of Defeat's.

There are 2 FG42s on Berlin. Also on Berlin, there are 3 ScopedStG44s. I am sure i've seen FG42 on some other map, but i can't remember where

I now there are two FG-42's on Sector 318, and I think there is one on Prokhorovka.
