I only am playing DC because im waiting for FH 0.6, but more importantly because its fun to see racist newbs get owned badly, i almost always have gold awards. Thankfully FH made me acurate, thank you, thank you FH!

the only thing i liked in DC .6 was the gazelle and the EE-9.. and there not even that great. guys use all seeing eye, it shows all the FH servers and connects u right to them. makes it much easier then using the in game browser

Come on. It takes 3 rounds from a AK-47 unless you're on the other side of the map. And believe it or not, it takes 3 rounds from FH's STG44 which is essentially the same gun.

DC has a VERY polished mod. It is not realistic at all, but I gotta say getting in a tank and surviving for more than 20 seconds is a refreshing change. DC is balanced and the new maps are simply incredible. Sea Rigs is a monument to the possibilities of the bf1942 engine. .6 has brought about a huge improvement in most aspects of the game. FH, on the other hand, stagnates and festers as broken as it is. If you thought the numbers were bad before for FH, you aint seen nothin yet. Silent Heroes is a great mod, a lot of fun, and truly requries teamplay. BG42 is releasing .9 today, so there's yet another fresh new mod that will deter from FH's players. FH is out of business unless there's some .6 action on the horizon.

Returned to EOD yesterday , round 10:00 CET there was no one playing.
It's now 9:30 CET and we have 20 players at Wolf and 7 at 21 st Pnzr.

After playing the mod exclusively after release I find myself returning to other mods like EOD and DC because it's just more fun , meaning if you don't like a map you have the choice to switch.
Want to play a 1 map only server , you have them , etc . . . . . . .

Too bad cause FH semi-realism has me hooked.

FH is bleeding fast and needs a "transfusion" aka 0.6 .

I can see why lots of people are playing DC0.6....Its damm good. Its so much better that FH 0.5e though FH 0.6 will be better than any DC.

oh and all the fags who say you need to put half a mag into someones foot obviously havn't played DC 0.6, the PKM kills with 2 shots to the chest, the shotgun with 1 close range shot, and the AK 47 and M-16A2 kills with 4 rounds or 2 to the head.

Which is quite realistic , just read "Black Hawk Down" (Mark Bowden)

Here you have US service personall complaining that their new "slap rounds" just weren't able to get the enemy down , several shots had to be fired to get a kill. The bullets would go right tru the bodies.

Humm yeah
I gotta say DC has got its charms, its polished and its throwaway, u get bored, u have a feck around for 20 mins, leave ur brain at the door, To its credit it is getting the TW up, I have seen servers where 1 man comandeers a 6 man Trans chopper (the beautiful Little bird, god if only FH could realistically have choppers :( ) and spends entire rounds just picking peeps up and dropping them off where they need to be, also the spawn point choppers help as its possible to hover over a base
until a spawn wave hops in and jumps out to cap it ;) but these are very minor Additions compared to what FH is trying to do.

FH = realism, Beauty, Ideas, Teamwork
DC = Brainless, Beauty, polish, arcade

So we have to argue about this again eh... FH takes less teamwork than DC because you can be axis AT and go Rambo on everyone. Yes I'm being a bit extreme about things, but so are you guys with your stupid bashing of DC. Like some guy said on a Swedish forum, "Flying the Littlebird is better than sex". =P
