Good Job!

Bunch of other milestones coming up too! At baobab's rate of production he's going to hit the 1-million mark before Kaffenor. You're so close Kaffenor, it's time to step it up and get that 1-Million first . Delyyn is new and is about to hit his 10K mark. I'm hopfully going to get to 2 million if I can stay in the game long enough... 70K to go.

We have 9 folders left out of 65... Come on guys, lets get this boat sailing again! Anyone with a game video card can bring in mega work units. No need for super fast overclocked CPU's to be a top producer anymore.

Rad out

I only started folding about month ago when I bought new comp (at last) and I did try to get my HD4850 to do the job but couldn't figure how. So I've let my C2D E8400 do folding for me (it only uses one core it seems so it doesn't really interrupt my other things I do like gaming).

Yeah go go FH team!

http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandeg...tray-620r1.msi

This is the client for ATI 2xxx 3xxx 4xxx cards

you might not have found it cause its hidden in the beta section of the downloads.

( GPUs destroy CPUs by a large margin)

Thanks Stefan now I can start folding for real!
By the way is it problematic if I let cpu client run as I run this new gpu one?

even when using GPU my CPU usage is near 50% so i would advice to let only the GPU client do the folding.

Mokusaku, when you have the GPU client running you will feel some display lag, so you won't be able to play or do stuff where you need fast response. Even browsing the web will feel somewhat laggy.

I would keep the CPU client running and start the GPU only when you are not using your computer. You can run both clients at the same time when you are not doing any work.

But it is better if you just try it for yourself and see what you prefer.
