Enemies ignore.
 

Hi, I'm helping my friend with a Machinima in Fallout 3. He wonders if there is a command to make enemies ignore him.

He has tried Tdetect which makes enemies ignore him, friends ignore him, and enemies and friends ignore eachother.

is there any mod or command which will make them just ignore him, and not eachother?

I looked through full list of console commands and I could not find one :(, I suspect however it would be possible with a mod,

i don't think there is just one for enemies, since enemies can turn into allies and vise versa. You could try getting the sneak skill to 100 and sneaky perks to allow him to travel mostly undetected.
