I clicked a thread link (in the 'New Posts'), and i swear, i was able to edit the post name. But i double-clicked, so my browser went to the thread. I tried it again, but it didn't work, i clicked in different spots, but it doesn't happen again, also, it isn't my thread.

strange. Although you shouldn't have been able to progress beyond that point as it requires a password verification before actually doing what you want to do.
