[FileFront Account] Ignoring my unban request.

I imagine my ban is not serious, as I stated in my email to you guys at FileFront, but I'd at least expect my request to be replied to if you refuse to unban me.

I go on EFFiles as the user fraggles and was recently banned for not actually breaking the rules. I sent an email to unban@gamingfiles.com but it was either ignored or not sent properly. If you're just being lazy people, I don't like you. However, here's a copy if the send screwed up. I'd like to be humored at least with a response.

The following is my original email:

Hello, FileFront, FilesNetwork, Gamingfiles, whatever I'm supposed to call your organization,

Please allow me to introduce myself, I am known as fraggles on your websites, and I am politically incorrect. Because of this, I cause unrest, but am in no ways that I understand violating your rules. I have been banned for one month unjustly on the Elite Force Files website, and though I do not make a big deal out of this, it's still pretty cool to file a complaint.

Throughout my activity on Elite Force Files, I have always been either frank or sarcastic, and though this may be deemed offensive by politicians and grammar school teachers, these are the Internets and your rules are seemingly lenient toward this sort of situation. If you would so kindly allow to show you which of the rules I have broken:

No "Yay I got First Post!" posts, no exceptions and no matter what other content the post has!
Didn't do that.

No Pornographic Material. Any sexually oriented imagery or links to such content will not be tolerated.
Certainly not.

No Warez or Illegal Software. This includes linking to software, posting about it, and suggesting to get it.
Still no.

No Cursing or Swear words. We encourage you to use our comment sections as a forum to debate files, news, etc., but please use proper adjectives to express yourself. We will not tolerate abuse upon another member or author.
During that downtime near April Fools (I think?) this huge butt started bossing people around and started to turn peoples' passive posts into them's fightin' words, so I joined in, but that was before the current administration. Does that count? Anyway, other than that, damn, hell, and everything else is used sparingly and, of course, automatically censored.

No Attacks / Retaliation of any kind against a member, or group of members.
Once again, the April Fools downtime but nothing much else. The current administrator seems to take aggressive opinions as insults to those with differing opinions. My last post before I was banned being, "Who cares?" on a picture of trivia that he put up a day or two ago. It's not that illicit, is it? Hey, that rhymes.
The last post I made was then turned into "Thats quite enough, Fraggles. Whilst you may not 'get anything' out of this picture, there is no need for flippant comments such as that as you have often been doing recently. End of the line for you. ~ Luke20."
The definition of "flippant," however, generally boils down to: "lacking in seriousness or earnestness."

Please do not advertise for other sites or forums here.

Your account was banned from commenting due to repeated rule breaking in the comments section of EFF Files.

Just like here on the forums there are rules that must be followed.

Looking back at your comment history I can see the comments that were referenced in the ban, but upon review I have decided to shorten the ban to just one week.

Even though this is the internet and everyone is somewhat anonymous, keep the comments and conversations civil. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Any sarcastic comment that is directed toward a member or a staff member I count as an "attack". (The first use for sarcasm was meant to hurt) Now sure, this is the internet, but this is a place where people should feel welcomed without being persecuted for everything they say with some smartass comment.

If Luke or anyone else at EFF Files has a problem with you, your not getting off so easily. Just because it's the internet doesn't mean you can say what you want on this site.

I never myself thought that sarcasm or lack of seriousness could be insulting, I guess simply because I never myself felt insulted by it, even at a young age. Therefore I never seemed to believe it would be insulting. I thank you for the reminder because sometimes I truly forget. I just hope that stating that one does not like a thing is not against the rules. In my opinion, going, "I don't like this thing," should be as acceptable as, "This is pretty cool."

However, I do hope you understand that I am a tad pissed about the fact that my email just seemed to be cast off.
