Help With Videos

Ok. I am making a montage for Call of Duty 4 and I'm uploading my files to this site so my editor can get them off here and edit them on his PC. But heres the thing, I don't want other people other than my account to be able to download the files.. Is there a way to make your account private and I can give him my password to download?
