[FileFront Support] File stuck on Processing

Hi.

My video has been stuck on 63% processing for a while now and I just wondered if this is normal or do I need to re-upload it?

Are you using a download manager?

How long as it taken you to download that much of the file?

Erm, I think I explained slightly wrong.

It's fully uploaded, I am waiting for it to be able to stream, it says 63% processed. Do I need to put in a request for it to be streamed or will it do it itself?

He made assumption I was downloading also in another thread:

Just like this person the files are stuck, % processing is what the site will tell you while it converts the video to a stream option. My issue is still unresolved and I think it would be slowing down your machines with all these scattered files that are only partially processed, unless what ever program that does the processing gives up after a certain time. If the program does give up after a certain time then presumably we will need to make a "please stream" request in the sticky.
