exclaim Files stuck for several days at same percent processed

For the past several days I have had files stuck in processing. I thought the file maintance might of resolved but the files are still at same percent processing.

COP_4-3_The_Secrets_of_Wop.wmv Download File on FileFront still stuck at 44 %

COP_6-4_One_to_be_Feared_T.wmv Download File on FileFront still stuck at 59%

Perhaps you can also explain the deletion queue. For past several days there have been a few notices on site of files in deletion queue. I remove the files but had never got an email.

Now today come home and there is 2 emails and site has 2 notices. One is a file deletion queue and other is a video deletion queue. All my files are videos so I'm not sure why some are in one queue and others in the other queue.

Also is the emails sent a results of files being in deletion queue for certain length of time, so that perhaps I might of been checking anf removing before the emails were actually generated, which might of exxplained the lack of email from prev days?

Hey there,

There was an issue with our download servers that prevented users from, well, downloading files. It was fixed but could easily explain how your files connections were interrupted and paused downloading.

Not sure whast happened this this thread, Perhaps IJedi thread somehow mixed into this one, my issue is not with dl, its with files I had uploaded some time ago failing to complete processing to stream the vid, they are stuck at same pertentage. and ofcourse the clarification on deletion queue notification and difference between a file deletion and a video deletion.
