1.Could we have some towers that snipers use to be able to be blown up? (main reasons:in the engine few buildings are allowed to be destroyed in a map and these could be one of them, tanks can blow it up if the snipers are picking at the troops.
2. about the bayonets( sorry if theres a thread already) do you think you could use the grenade launcher reload animation as the animation for putting on the bayonet? seems reasonable.
3. Could there possibly be before the match starts as in your choosing your class. A map pops up and the commander of each team can draw lines on the map directing each (squad) where to go in advance and what to do.
4. Mortars unless this has been suggested before.
I'll think of more just for some reason I forgot the good ideas =/
No, that's okay.
If you have more suggestions and you think they're worth of mentioning go ahead and post about them. Devs might be interested in them.
And I'm not the one who can give a proper anwser to points 1 and 3, I only said what I think is likely in these cases.
1. can be and will be probably added to strategic buildings like you said, such as towers and bridges etc. It looks good in Helmand Province in PR, so I don't see why not add it too in FH2.
3. you can do it already kind of. Well, at least you can be commander and have squads even when the game hasn't started if there is, like, a 50 second waiting. And I think you, as commander, can open commander map and use its functions during this time, correct me if I'm wrong.
However, what would be very interesting, would be to send out more than 1 order at a time to a squad. I mean you order them to attack flag 1 and then flag 2 immediatly. So the order would be "attack flag 2 after 1" and not "attack flag 2" overwriting "attack flag 1". So there would be 2 consecutive lines on the map if you know what I mean . Like in some RTS games, if you hold down a certain key you can send consecutive orders.
Of course it will be awesome to blow up buildings. I just cant imagine them surviving more then 30 seconds. That will be the first thing they try to shoot. Would probably wind up being lame. If you cant blow up everysingle building, only a select few, that will be in the same place eveytime, it will be lame.
No commander is appointed until everyone has spawned, which is naturally a problem. Perhaps if the commander was appointed in the first ten seconds of the 1 minute wait, and was allowed to place order markers for squads before he spawned this would be coded in?

in this case, there is a download for the BF2 advanced tactical center, which may answer your question to #3
#1 may be feasible, they did an ok job in the original COD and the expansions to MOH, and MOH is ancient, plus, in the original BF2, the bridges and the arty, uav trailer etc. are destructable, so this is nothing new
CoDs and MoHs were on different engines, and were single player games though...
As for bridges, their destruction process is quite simple, spawn debries and particle effects which hide the switch into destroyed model version. I'm not sure if it's going ot look so well for more uncovered and tall object.
