Re: Ideal FH2 Sea Warfare Thread Heck i just hope to see a naval map featuring some American PT-boats. A nice remake of Invasion of the Phillipines would be sweet. p.s. I'd also love to see a naval map featuring the I-400 ;) |

any PT boats rocks, but i would say their torpedoes are too powerful in small maps |

Or maybe some Leichte Schnellboote wich where launched from certain auxilliary cruisers. The Schnellboote 1939/1940 would be nice too. Planes would be nice to see aswell on a sea map. Seaplanes, ofcourse, such as the Heinkel 59, wich could be used for a wide variety of tasks. Even more interesting would be Midget Submarines, such as the Biber, Seehund. Or Manned torpedoes, such as the Neger and the Marder. |

yes, mini boat warfare is indeed quite interesting, especially when you have space for manouver and enough time to run ~ |

is anyone working on ship modeling?(cruisers!!!!!!!!) |
Re: Ideal FH2 Sea Warfare Thread OK just for clarification there isnt NO lag, theres just not alot of it :p Here is a picture from one of our maps to show what I'm talking about (ignore the bad resolution and crappy graphics settings please :)) Spoiler: That is the maximum distance you see the ship, or thats when they appear out of the fog.....even then though, dont even try to shoot as your not going to hit anything....Its impossible to even the target untill you get much closer, even then you will find hitting the other ship to be quite difficult ;) As for file size, there are MANY MANY things that you can delete out of a maps folder to reduce file size, most mods come jampacked with everything under the sun in there, but if you delete the unnecessary stuff even a map that big will unnoticed.... |
