hiya

i just want to suggest that you build in a option to play only with infantry... and maybe some smallish urban maps?

i'm really looking forward this mod! hurry up!

There already are maps such as this in FH, and most likely be maps like this in FH2. They will still probably have the random jeep/civilian truck/tractor though.

Hopefully, a simple transport complete with roadblocks and such to make them vulnerable to ambush !!!

I think he means the option BF2 has, to play any map with only infantry.

we plan to extend this to "light combat" mode, with no tanks and only transports.

bf2's infantry only mode is exceptionally badly implemented. consider that, using it, bf1942's battle of britain would consist of two parts of land separated by an ocean with no aircraft. a land tank battle would be similarly unplayable.

the level of thought which went into it was rather lacking. it would have been much better implemented as a separate game modes, with an associated reduced set spawners.

Infantry-only maps would be really nice, if only for variation's sake.

Capture V2 sites to shoot down enemy aircraft carriers hovering over the battlefield!
