ok im sure most you guys have played games like cs where when you get hit you cant keep running away, you get stopped by the bullets force and stand still even tho your not dead yet. I was wondering if fh2 was gonna have this. I was thinkin maybe instead of this you can keep moving, but when your hit your aim is horribly messed up for 3 seconds or something of that nature.
Plenty of times in PRMM people get shot once and run off. (2-3 shots to kill usually) For example they may be almost behind cover, sprinting, etc where you might not easilyu pull the seconds shot off. In Socom for PS2 it is called the 'dead zone' when you get shot anc cannot move for a few seconds. I personally like it.
yea itd just be nice if an mp40 could make the rifleman lose his aim so even tho it takes 3-4 shots for a kill, he cant generically perfect aim at me and one shot.
I was playin.... i think it was 130th or somethin yesterday and they were hittin me with mp40 bullets over and over, but i could hop off their shots, prone and one shot them with the mosin... prety much every single time... i think it makes smgs innefective against rifles to an unrealistic point. clearly if you were just shot it would be impossible to aim within a moments time.
Im just wondering if any thought has been put into this idea for fh2
Bullets shouldn't slow down a soldier. From what I read, most of them don't even know they were shot until after the battle.
I can see your point if you were hit multiple of times in rapid session, but I don't know how to suggest an representation of flinching while being shot in rapid session.
i would love to see shot soldiers, drop their weapon , fall to the ground screaming in pain, then try and drag themselves slowly out of the crossfire. calling for a medic or their mother or something.
I never really liked the slow movement thing since a soldier was more likely to throw himself or fall to the ground or to the side than to just start running only really slow so the bad guy could get an extra easy shot.

...dragging entrails, retching, coughing up lungs, URRGH.
