I think this is immpossible but it doesn't hurt to ask. 9) Multiple Skins for each person and vehicle- People get different faces and clothing depending on class, and also multiple skins for each class(random) each vehicle gets a different designation number(or just a few random ones get mixed in for each vehicle) 10) Weather Effects(Random in some maps) The stupid thing doesn't want to become a list. This is gay.
1. I think its kind of impossible to do this, even in FH2

2. I really like that idea, but itd be a lot of hardwork, havent heard this mentioned before

3. Yes this has been discussed a lot, i think the devs are implementing this.

4. I've never heard of a tank carry WP rounds, only mortars etc. Be cool idea for mortars though

8. Really, really hard to do. It would equal FPS and Lag death.

9. I think they are working on different faces, dunno bout the tank numbers
