Default Pick it up, Doc

Hi there, i got some questions for the FH-Team. I'm sorry, my english is not very good, u know
Well than, i noticed that in some (only two i think) maps are medic-kits to pick it up. I think that will be an better idea when in every map would be medic-kits, with an random weapon mode. Like the Tank Comander (Handweapon or Sub Machine Gun)

The Medic should be able to heal only the people, with more healt than 40 or 45% I think so its better because when u got less than this, u need an coroner not a medic (realistic, u know)

I dont know or this will be the great hit in public gaming, but community like the german FHW would have a lot of fun (in Karelia i play every time the medic for my guys, u know

What do u think about this?

I don't know about medic kits, at least in their current form. But if they could only heal if the player had like at least 60% health left, like you suggested, meaning a minor injury, I think that would be pretty cool.

I don't think FH need medics. There are healthcabins almost everywhere when you need one.

Which shouldn't be, IMO. Perhaps one at a main base, but not scattered all over. I like the OP's idea, except that we don't have a slot for a medic kit in every map. Assuming we did however, it could be pretty cool - the medics would randomly spawn with either no weapon and just a medit, or maybe sometimes a pistol*. Unfortunately the other armies do not have an analogue to the M1 Carbine, so it wouldn't work as well for them.

*I don't know what the normal rules for medics were for any other nation than the US. The Geneva Accords were frequently ignored.

A pistol would be fine by me...

I like the idea, but is has been suggested before. I also believe that it has been shot down by a dev every time.

Glad to hear someone from Stuttgart, home of Porsche.

Stuttgart is the home of Mercedes

We can't set a limit for healing in terms of HP, like you have to have at least 50% to be able to get healed, no way.
Other than that, who get's shot in FH and has more then 50% left?

Porsche too Hartmann. Not to brag, but my parents own two, a Cayenne S and a Carrera 4 Cabriolet. Plus a '97 E320.

Oh, and just so you know Skipster, if Daimler Benz purchased Chrystler, not the other way around. So the HQ of Chrystler is in Germany.

And for the record, VW does not own Porsche. If anything, it is the other way around. VW was founded by Ferdinand Porsche.

If your parents have the money to buy two $50,000+ cars, why are you playing FH on such an old 'puter? I'd've bitchslapped someone by now.

Neither Daimler-Benz nor Chrysler purchased the other. They merged. DB maintained their HQ in Germany, and Chrysler maintained their HQ in Detroit. They just changed the names on their signs.

VW was founded by Dr. Porsche, but Porsche maintains no stock in that company. VW in Germany is a lot different than it is here. Over there, natives view VW as the Plebian car - the poor man's car. The ladder goes VW - BMW - Mercedes - Porsche. In the US, VW has marketed themselves towards a higher end of the price scale, and their cars aren't seen as cheapo.

They have money, I don't. Besides, I am content with my laptop.
Oh, the Cayenne S bases at around 60k, and the C4C at about 76k.
