Using bears like that looks funny or even cute, but on the other hand it's not exactly normal behaviour so I'm not quite sure what to think (I do know that poor threatment or even abuse is unacceptable though).

Just like the bears on skates, it looks funny but it's also kinda wrong.

As for the incident: Poor guy but that's the risk of working with animals. They can intentionally or accidently kill you.
