I didn't know it was "common" amongst "normally" functioning adults. I first heard about it watching a documentary on Kim Peek, and hadn't heard of any other people with similar memories.

Imagine what scientists could do and discover if they could retain every piece of information ever exposed to them.

I guess those people aren't allowed on any of the TV quiz shows...

Makes you wonder how much capacity we have (we only use a tiny portion of our brain, I'm fuzzy on the details...) and could theoretically use.

Edit: Oh the last guy actually uses his ability to win contests...
