You americans need something like the Hyde Park protester corner, in London, funny and bizarre like Hell, I spent one of my most enjoyable evenings there, lot of years ago, taking pics like mad and laughing at insanity of humans

That video reminds me of how happy I am that I don't watch TV. I get my news, entertainment, everything pretty much from the internet. Its a lot healthier for my mind, because even though TV watchers get to decide what to watch, its limited. The internet is not.

You probably meant "There never are riots here". Though that statement would be just as false as "there are never protests here". I don't think we had any riots during (about) a poltical parties campaign (meeting) though...
Riots (protests that got out of hand) about politcal issues, we had those.

We are not living under a police state (yet) controlled by Führer Balkenende...
