I was half expecting to hear from him saying he was like the president of Chile or something. Oh well, good to know he's not laying on the side of the road in poo-pellet form. PS: Did you know that guinea pigs have to send their food through their digestive system twice to get all the nutrients from it? They literally pluck the prime examples of feces straight from their sphincter and re-eat it. How do I know this? I rushed my guinea pig to the pet hospital a few days after I got him (this was many years ago, R.I.P. Bobby [and your mate, Sasha and your 4 children Monty, Hannah, Sally, and Jimmy, and concubine Bonnie and Bonnie's Cage mate rabbit, Paddie]) when I observed him eating his poo. The vet said it was natural and that I should read up on some other quirky things they do (purr, squeak, get pine shavings caught in his foreskin [was not fun to clean]). Anyway, now you know. |
