Tactical Gamer has been the forerunner for teamwork and teamplay. Ive been with them since Aug of 2005 and even though I don't actively play there anymore they will always remain as the best BF2 server Ive ever played on!

When I play PR this is usually what happens:
*Does somethings, dies from some kind of non-bullet related death*
*Gets vehicle, dies from something else*
*Cries*

I disagree with what you posted ,in bold, completely.
One thing that is annoys me in Fh2 are tk punishers for accidental TK's. Now, having someone tk and die because the person they killed had an important kit and was 500m away? No thanks. That is horrible. If you are on a decent server, like most of PR's and FH2's, I will tell you that person won't be there much longer. Spontaneous Combustion (TM) should not play apart in any game. :lol:

PR is fun if you know the guys you are with. Hell, I had a blast with alot of WaW guys, but that was it. Perhaps I need to find out who the leaders are in PR. FH2 is more my cup of tea, why? I came here to play not wait. Life is too short to be waiting.

Did you remove the minimap too? Ifso, I sob. :-(

One last thing is, what happens if one squad member is killed, and there is no minimap how cna I find the squad members?

Thats not what i was saying. In PR if you tk a guy with a limited kit and pick it up you die! This works very well for deterring tk's for sniper and marksmen kits, And keeps the kiddies from getting too trigger happy when not needed.

Btw do you know what happened to me today? I got tk'ed for my sniper kit(again) by someone because i did'nt tell them where to find it.(Because i did'nt know! I got it off a dead guy and they did'nt believe me)

Yes but it's not really a bother. Because vehicles still have it and the regualr map is still there.

Press your map key and it will show you everything normally.

I think PR has a shit load of good ideas and it should be the best thing in town for the hardcore realism fanatics and well organized squads. But I don't think it's ever gonna get too mainstream unless the devs stop wanking off over the words 'teamplay' and 'realism' and start wanking off to the words 'entertainment' and 'compromise'. I'm for all encouraging teamwork, but they go overboard with bludging plays over the head with it. And some of it doesn't even make sense. Forward command posts likely to bear the brunt of an armored assault don't have a supply of anti-tank weapons? Everything but service rifles are lorded over by a Godlike Quatermaster who refuses to supply men in the field? Automatic Rifles and Gernade Launchers are special equipment? In the standard Marine Corp fire team, one out of four Marines has an AR, and one out of four (Usually more in the field) has a 203.

And also, I like occasionally seeing and engaging the enemy.

My first time ever playing PR was yesterday.(I played for a bit today too) and this is what I like and don't like about the mod....

Dislikes:

#1.Huge maps with hardly anything to drive(lots of running=bad).

#2.Not being able to set a rally point unless you have at least two other squad members....When I join a server that requires you to be in a squad or face being kicked, I usually have to start a new squad because the rest are full or are mic only squads.
So I start a new squad and head out to where the fighting is(this usually means running for 10 mins and constatly checking the map to see if I'm going in the right direction).As I'm running to where I need to be, more people have already joined my squad and are telling me to set up a rally point.Problem is I can't because I either picked a different class or the officer kit wasn't available when I first entered the game.So I request an officer kit, but It never comes!Theres usually no text saying why I can't have one either and when there is text it says the commander has to wait one minute before issuing(sp?) another...After waiting a minute I request again, but still I get nothing!

I have even left my squad then rejoined so I don't have to be squad leader, but some how I always end up the leader in a few minutes!Going to a new squad doesn't help either because I always end up being squad leader a few minutes later too!It's like nobody wants to be squad leader!



#3.How bad your aim is after moving..It's like your rifle suddenly turns into a hand held tank cannon tank.

Sounds(really like what they did here)
Maps look great but need more trucks,humvees etc..
Game modes(destroy the weapons cache(sp?)= cool idea.
Kits(IED'S , SAW!,lol civilian)



The mod has the potential to be great...But right now the 3 things that I didn't like are so annoying!I'll play it some more to see if it grows on me, but I hope some of the stuff I mentioned will fixed.

Excellent release as always.
Some nasty bugs got in this version, but as soon as they get fixed 0.7 will be the best PR so far.

SEAN CONNERY, your problem has easy solution, play in servers with good moderation, to TK you for a kit is a bannable ofence in those servers.

We will not kill players taking a special kit in the terrain, that's unrealistic
