Wait a minute. This is brilliant! The mods, who have always wanted the search function used more (as do I), have struck upon this crafty method to make use it all the time: let us think we can't have it!

First the devs delay release of FH2 in order to shake out the fair-weather fans, and now this! Masterful!

I can't divuldge why its down but rest assured it shall make a speedy recovery. A forum of this size without a fully functioning search facility is asking for trouble!

How often do you guys use search? Everybody is bitchin about it being down, I didn't notice till I saw this thread, I haven't used search in months, maybe that's why my duplicate threads keep getting deleted:uhoh:

Mainly I use it to search the dev posts to see if they have dropped any interesting tidbits on FH2 recently. (Or alternatively to plague the devs with inane posts... )

Could be awhile, and as Moose alluded, this down time could be used by some to re-up terribly over-threaded subjects. Release date and the Maus has already been mentioned. But how about:

"When will the Pz-III be in-game?"
"Why does my computer freeze on Bombing The Reich?"
"Poll: Should devs waste time finishing 0.7, or just finish FH2?" (Heh. My fave.)
"Why can't I find (Charlie Sector, Berlin Streets, Pegasus, etc.) map?"
"Why do I get kicked off every server after just a couple of minutes?"
"How do I install Cheese and Bratwurst's Texture/Sound pack?"

I can't wait for the search function coming back, it is extremely useful when you forget things as quickly as I do, but I wonder when will we get the B-52 ingame? I'm holding my breath for FH 0.8 to be out anytime now.
