Again, we just filled those little bottles of tester's glue and punched a wick hole in the top. Hours of flying glass based entertainment. Surpised we can all still see.

Okay, if I happen to move to Winnipeg, I'm not gonna use the public-access computers at the U of Manitoba Library:

"I'm almost done. Can I finish?" Ye gods and little fishes.

We had a thing for quarter sticks. Only no one was man enough to actually light one and run, so we devised the 'cigarette' fuse. Break off the filter, light it up and jam the unburning end down over the top of the fuse. Run... wait... a good five minutes. But, the wait made it all the more fun.

I used model airplanes made of plastic, which burn wonderfully. And cheap compared to remote control aircraft.

I would slide the plane from our favorite climbing tree on a 100ft+ long fish line, hung on little hooks at each end of the plane. These planes would be loaded with experimental explosives and conbustables of every sort. I swear the whole neighbourhood of kids would come out to watch. lol I was the neighbourhood pyro!

My best was a 4ft wing spanned B52, loaded with paper and a screecher bomb for a nasty explosion at the end. heheh t'was epic!

Not that we ever did it - we were big talkers, little doers. We didn't even do your neat thing, which I like so much I might do it now!
