Hey guys, i know we all love FH in all its glory but you know, we dont always have to attack people outright if they are new and just happen to ask a 'stupid' question (ie. http://www.gamingforums.com/showthread.php?t=294029 ).
I mean, the guy joined this December and has three frigging posts, also, seems he is part of another development team for a mod, so honestly, when someone comes in and comments on how good the mod is looking and what not and has no prior history with FH, go a little easier on them, i mean come on, its Christmas for God's sake.

Plus there was only one person being rather "hostile", I don't see how that makes FH fans assholes.
Well, if you wanna see the sun rise
Honey, I know where
We'll go out and see it sometime
We'll both just sit there and stare
Me with my belt
Wrapped around my head
And you just sittin' there
In your brand new leopard-skin pill-box hat
Plus he created false hope, when I saw the thread I didn't noticed the question mark, leading me to believe it was a release date christmas present.
Sadness.
Wow,Screw niceness, just telling a person "The info on that is in a Sticky HERE. Honest mistake remember to check those next time". Just be an ignorant Jackass.Thatll work. Being nice to people, where is that taught in society (exept religion,school,tv,books,parents,relatives,....)
Actually, i tend to read over the stickies, instead of reading those first, no idea why, but it's the sad truth. I just hope we didn't scare that guy away.
It does make me sad when people don't read my stickies and post a "When is FH2 gonna be relased thread" but the thread I made has had nearly 20,000 views so even if one or two people ignore it and post a thread think how many people it has stopped from posting
I think most people these days can do with a little more patience. Even if someone asks you a question you've been asked a thousand times, remember that the person who asked you the question only asked it once.
If you don't have patience for new users, let moderators do the job. They will link the new user to correct thread and lock the thread. Thereby also linking some other users to the FAQ.
